The Board of Tupu Angitu pause to acknowledge the immense loss felt in Ngāti Tūwharetoa, with the passing of our Ariki Tā Tumu Te Heuheu Tūkino VIII. We recognise the immense contributions of our Tā Tumu and his legacy which was celebrated by those from across the motu who descended upon Waihī marae over the past week.
