Audit, Risk and Finance Committee:

Established at the beginning of 2023, our Audit, Risk & Finance Committee’s objective is to provide oversight and management activities for all audit and risk matters including but not limited to financial management systems, internal audit and control systems, and treasury and accounting policies and practices.
